The goal was to host an offline event with multiple lectures which all aimed to orient fresh dental graduates on how to make the best out of their internship year

The goal was to get 40 attendees for the event, but we managed to get 150 attendees for the event

First of all, we made a landing page containing all event details

1) The landing page of the event contained all event information and the registration process

  • We prepared all necessary registration & thank you pages for each event registration
  • We launched a social media campaign inviting all our targeted audience to subscribe to our upcoming event

2) We were nearly 100 so we wanted to get to 150, So we suggested to make a FREE webinar talking about the event and what to expect fotm it

  • We made a social media campaign inviting all our targeted audience to subscribe to our FREE Webinar.
  • We created a sales page, a thank you page for the webinar.
  • We created retargeting conversion social ads using FB pixel to direct leads to the event's landing page.
  • We created an automated workflow through which all leads will be subscribed to an automated email campaign that lasts for 4 days. Each mail is trying to reconnect with the leads through different angles redirecting them to the event's landing page so they can purchase the ticket.
